The spa at Inhabit, Queen's Gardens is a subterranean haven of peace and tranquillity. Designed to create equanimity, its four pillars are Calm, Balance, Awaken, Strengthen, all of which characterise each stage of your experience. Set on the lower ground floor of the hotel, there's a sleek studio designed for yoga, Pilates and meditation. There's also a daily schedule of classes available to choose from.
The experience is complete with two tranquil treatment rooms for spa therapies. Face and body treatments have been selected to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of each guest, and therapists use GAIA natural skincare products. Following the wellbeing experience into your overnight stay, in each room they place wooden lock boxes to encourage you to tuck your phone away at night. They've even developed a bespoke Inhabit Sleep Kit, including a magnesium sleep spray, a silk eye mask and cashmere bed socks.
