The treatments available in the three cosy salon rooms within the Leisure Club include a wide range of de-stressing specialist treatments, such as ginatsu, Thai Yoga massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, seated chair, Indian head, reflexology, reiki, osteopathy, craniosacral, acupuncture, pregnancy, deep tissue, sports massage, CBD oil massage, bespoke massage, scalp massages, foot massages, and hand massages. The Salon area meanwhile offers a variety of professional and rejuvenating quality facials using Tropics Natural, microdermabrasion, crystal quartz , deep cleanse, LED, chemical peels, body scrubs and body wraps. Beauty treatments on offer are Shellac manicures and pedicures, lash and brow tinting as well as spray tanning. At the fitness centre there are a range of fitness classes that can be done, from pilates to zumba, and aqua classes.

Located in the 130 acres of the Golden Acre Park nature reserve, the surrounding area is something out of a fantasy book. There are three lakes, landscaped gardens, woodland and a bird sanctuary. The hotel has 118 rooms, with a mix of 1930s glamour, and contemporary design. All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and most rooms have a balcony with views of the park.

There is a bar and a restaurant on site, both of which provide a relaxed atmosphere for your experience. The Arts Brasserie offers traditional and internationally inspired cuisine, a fine selection of desserts and wines to complement your meal.
