Perched on the clifftops with views across the water, the eco spa features a spectacular indoor pool, outdoor natural reed pool, clifftop cedar wood sauna, restorative steam room and wide views of the blue Atlantic. Drawing on the beauty of nature, they don't use chemicals to filter the outdoor pool — reeds and algae cleanse it just as well. Meanwhile, hot tubs don’t bubble, reducing energy consumption and also allowing you to clearly focus on the soothing sound of the sea below. There's a daily wellbeing class available to join in their sea-view studio.
The spa's treatment philosophy is inspired by Ayurveda, an Indian holistic health system that helps each of us arrive at a more complete self-understanding. Therapies can include a personal Ayurvedic consultation with a Scarlet therapist, uncovering your natural constitution to make your treatment truly unique to you.
For example, tailored rituals include holistic face and body treatments, personal consultations, and experiences such as bathing rituals in a clifftop hot tub, hammam, rhassoul, or candlelit copper tub. Each treatment takes place in tented, lantern-lit rooms, followed by stillness in the deep relaxation room’s suspended cocoon pods.

Enveloped into the dramatic landscape, each of the 37 bedrooms enjoys views of sea and sky, and if you glance at certain seashells, seaweeds and sunsets, you’ll glimpse that warm scarlet colour for which they are named. Each space is tranquil and stylish, decorated in coastal colours that are drawn from the nearby wildflowers, rock pools and sea mosses.
The hotel's restaurant and bar are a continuation of their commitment to excellence and environment, honouring local, seasonal ingredients and Slow Food principles from sustainably caught seafood to slow-aged steaks for exceptional flavours.
