Spa & Leisure

A welcoming environment, the leisure area at Sprowston Manor combines exercise and relaxation. There is a gym with cardiovascular equipment and weights as well as a sauna, steam room, pool, children’s pool, spa bath and whirlpool laid out in sociable proximity, surrounded by loungers and with a garden view.

Meanwhile La Fontana spa takes its place alongside the facilities and complements them with the use of Decléor and Elemis products in a collection of treatments such as facials, wraps, scrubs, manicures, pedicures and finishing touches.

Hotel & Accommodation

Dating back to 1559, Sprowston Manor is a red brick manor house on the outskirts of Norwich that retains a sense of quintessentially British historic charm both in its architecture and with the oak-lined driveway providing a sense of grandeur upon arrival. Inside however, the 94 rooms and suites feature contemporary design and warm tones looking out onto the golf course.

Referencing the venue’s conception, The The Cast Iron Bar & Grill is open all day on Saturdays and for breakfast and dinner on Sundays to Fridays, providing the hotel’s more formal dining option.
