Spa & Leisure

When visiting The Corran, a stop in at the spa is a must – it’s in the name! They are fully equipped with a swimming pool, gym, three treatment rooms, and a Jacuzzi. There is also a gym on site, and a spa bath just waiting to be used.

With regards to treatments, you are in good hands – the therapists use Aromatherapy Associates, whose mission is to allow everyone to take a moment of peace and experience the powers of aromatherapy and Mindful Beauty. Aromatherapy Associates gives you time for yourself while finding a thoughtful and meaningful gift for yourself or for a loved one while living in the moment. The treatments available include facials, massages, treatments for pregnant women, body wraps, mud wraps, salt mousse glows, and finishing touches.

The boutique element of this hotel makes it a particularly special getaway spot. Hidden in the marshlands of Carmarthenshire countryside, the hotel prides itself on its first class service and the first rate views the Welsh countryside provides. With the sea, marshland, and history soaked into the hotel, an escape here will always be memorable. There are 21 bedrooms, each with a view of the surroundings and an en-suite bathroom.

The restaurant at The Corran Resort and Spa takes full advantage of their surroundings by using local ingredients and seasonal produce. The atmosphere is relaxed and offers unique menus for lunch, dinner, and the classic Sunday lunch. You also have the opportunity to indulge in a traditional afternoon tea, complete with a glass of champagne at an extra charge.
