The spa at The Parkgate Hotel is the height of glamour. An exclusive wellness destination, it features a fitness room with the latest Technogym equipment on the first floor. The jewel in its crown however, is the impressive thermal suite, which is all luxury finishes alongside spectacular views of the city skyline. The 90-minute experience includes a hydrotherapy infinity pool, heated volcanic zones and massaging water showers. There’s also a sauna and steam room as well as a calming relaxation zone, filled with signature aromas and peaceful sounds to enjoy while you lay on heated beds.
In addition to the thermal suite, the Herbal Steam Temple is an experience in its own right. A 45-minute cleansing ritual for up to two people, you apply medicinal chakra muds to the body and face before relaxing in the heat under a ‘starry’ sky, inhaling steam infused with pure herbs before a warm rain shower to wash the mud away.
The cherry on top of the spa’s offerings is a menu of indulgent TEMPLESPA treatments, available to enjoy in four treatment rooms located on the sixth floor of the hotel. The rooms can be transformed into two dual suites if you prefer to share the time with a friend or partner, and the combination of techniques and products are known for being personalised, relaxing and results-driven.
