The spa at The Runnymede on Thames is an award-winning, adult-only haven for luxury wellbeing just a short journey from London and near the historic town of Windsor. Designed to restore wellbeing, there’s an 18-metre indoor swimming pool in a sleek, contemporary space that’s flooded with natural light. Alongside it, there’s a hot tub, sauna, steam room and infra-red cabin - perfect for easing stress and embracing comfort. In the summer months (May to September), you can even cool off in the outdoor pool, enjoying a slice of paradise by the Thames.
For those who want to workout, fitness comes in the form of a top-of-the-range Technogym equipment and personal trainers on hand to put you through your paces. In the studio, classes include yoga and Pilates, while outside there are tennis courts for a little friendly competition.
The cherry on top of the wellbeing experience is the collection of face and body treatments available using luxurious, Mediterranean-inspired TEMPLESPA products, as well as Jessica for hands and feet.
