Situated in the heart of Torquay, from the M5 go onto the A38 then follow signs to Torquay. Follow the A3022 from Newton Abbot to Torquay. At the Newton Abbot junction and Avenue Road turn left fork signposted town centre. At the one way system turn right then left round corner. At the crossroads and traffic lights turn right into Falkland Road. There's parking on site for up to 50 cars. Torquay train station is three minutes away by car.
