It is their European flagship, located in the heart of this cultural hub and reflecting its combination of innovation and edgy design. It has 120 rooms and suites, providing cool, calm, sophisticated and sensual design with details such as exposed brick walls, vast windows letting in the city views, plush linens and steam rain showers.
There are three destinations for food and drink within the hotel. On the lower ground you will find the first outpost of world-famous chef Dani García - BiBo Shoreditch. The Spanish kitchen serves tapas with Andalusian flair. Laurel’s On The Roof is a vibrant and convivial restaurant and bar by the pool. Full of glamour, the all day menu is inspired by Californian classics and there's always plenty of Champagne. Last, but by no means least, there's Christina’s Shoreditch - an all-day café and cocktail bar which only sources products from local independent suppliers (farmers, growers and community bakeries), start-ups and brands with social impact.
