Providing space to work out and chill out, the Health Club at Ashford International Hotel & Spa is home to a gym that features cardio and strength training equipment, all overseen by qualified instructors. There is also a 20-metre pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool for up to four people, ice fountain, experience shower and heated loungers.
Alongside all of this, the spa area boasts six treatment rooms including two double rooms, offering a collection of facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, spray tan room and finishing touches. There is also a relaxation area to complete the experience.
Treatments are only available for ages 16 and over. However, not all treatments are available for those under the age of 18. Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
