Leisure and wellbeing are built into the experience at Budock Vean. The surrounding 65-acre estate sets the scene for rest and relaxation, complete with sub-tropical gardens on the banks of the Helford River, and the 9 hole/18 tee golf course is a popular attraction. A snooker room, croquet lawn and two all-weather tennis courts are all available to enjoy, while leisure facilities include a 15-metre indoor swimming pool, Aspen wood Finnish sauna, and an outdoor hot tub.
The Natural Spa is dedicated to holistic pampering using handmade, GAIA natural skincare products, which have been created to nourish and nurture, using plant actives and essential oils. There are three treatment rooms, a nail bar, and a dedicated spa lounge, as well as an indoor heated swimming pool and outdoor hot tub with views across the garden and golf course. Therapists offer a collection of face and body treatments as well as plenty of time and space to luxuriate in the experience.
Within a magnificent, 65-acre Cornish estate, Budock Vean is an award-winning hotel on a quiet bend in the Helford River. Surrounded by gardens, woodlands, and its own golf course, it's part of a haven of relaxation complete with luxurious self-catering cottages, and an array of wellbeing and leisure experiences. The four-star hotel itself offers a range of rooms and suites, all featuring bathrobes, slippers, a bottle of Cornish water, and Elemis spa range products. They are elegantly decorated in contemporary style, and set the scene for a restful escape.
Food at Budock Vean is a real treat, with fine dining in the main restaurant plus tasty lunches, dinners and afternoon tea served daily in the cocktail bar, terrace and conservatory. They are well-known for their wide range of Visit England award winning breakfasts, and they are fastidious about using local ingredients, which has contributed to their Green Tourism Business Scheme Gold Award several years running.
