After the dourth roundabout, take the right lane on slip road signposted Lyndhurst A35. Follow A35 through Lyndhurst then follow A337 signposted Lymington/Brockenhurst. Careys Manor is located near the village of Brockenhurst, and there's free parking on site.

The nearest mainline station is Brockenhurst just a short walk from the hotel and is well served by regular direct train services from London Waterloo (90 minutes), the Midlands and the North. Careys Manor is located less than 20 miles from both Southampton and Bournemouth Airports and is one hour and 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport.

When was Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa built?

Careys Manor has a history dating to 1079, when the area was established by ‘William The Conqueror’ as a royal hunting lodge. Owned by the Bowden-Smith family since 1790, the original house was built about 100 yards into Brockenhurst College grounds, but was later demolished. The present house was built in 1888, and was sold in 1934, becoming a hotel. During the Second World War, the Hotel was used to accommodate the second Batallion Welsh Guards. Following several changes in ownership, in 2004 The Health Club underwent a £6 million overhaul and was transformed into a 24,000 sqft state-of-the-art Thai spa, SenSpa.

Check-in at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa is at 2pm and check-out is 11am. Spa opening times are 9am until 9pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am until 8pm at the weekends. It is suggested you check your specific arrival times however for your spa break, as well as any changes for bank holidays.
