Spa & Leisure

In a 16th century country manor house surrounded by 150 acres of peaceful parkland, Champneys Henlow Grange is a Mecca for health and wellbeing. Facilities include a 25-metre pool, a whirlpool, two fitness studios, a hair salon, a gym, bikes to hire, and separate male and female spa facilities including saunas and steam rooms.

When it comes to treatments there are a spectacular 40 treatment rooms available where therapists deliver a collection of face and body treatments using Elemis and Decleor product lines as well as their own Champneys Collection. Indulge in beauty maintenance such as manicures and pedicures, a wide range of facials and indulgent body treatments including massage, exfoliation and relaxing body wraps or exclusive treatments including the Parafin Wax Bath, Physiotherm, Hypnotherapy and Chinese Body Therapy.

Hotel & Accommodation

Retaining an element of Georgian flair alongside its twist on Venetian Style thanks to an array of mirrors and beautifully upholstered furniture, the hotel at Henlow Grange blends the contemporary and the traditional. There are 71 rooms, all designed with comfort in mind, some overlooking the peaceful river and the fast-flowing weir. If you upgrade to the premier rooms and suites, a platter of fresh fruit and a bottle of still and sparkling water await.

When it comes to dining, food is every inch as much about wellbeing as all other aspects of your stay with an emphasis on ‘feel fine dining’. Healthy and a delight to eat, it’s a treat for the senses. Alcohol is rarely served and head chefs and nutritionists work together to plan menus, relying on the principle of moderation, balance and variety. This means nutritious gourmet cuisine, beautifully presented and using fresh locally sourced ingredients, often grown in our own vegetable gardens.
