Spa & Leisure
The Verbena Spa is all about relaxation. Incorporated into the traditional buildings of the hotel, there is a complete thermal experience thanks to an aromatherapy room, salt vapour room, saunarium, monsoon shower, ice cave, and foot spas, while outside there is a hot tub and a heated pool.
Completing the experience there are of course several treatment rooms providing treatments from Temple Spa; relaxation rooms with large comfy chairs, lots of magazines, iced tea and water, and a south-facing terrace garden; and a Spa-tisserie for light lunches, drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Hotel & Accommodation
A luxury hideaway in the North Yorkshire market town of Helmsley, Feversham Arms dates back to 1855 when it was an old coaching inn, and now consists of the main building, three adjacent cottages and their gardens, totalling 33 rooms and suites that have all been individually decorated.
Food at the hotel is farmed and produced locally wherever possible, and traditional Yorkshire breakfasts and afternoon teas are a favourite, as well as poolside lunches. The main focus however is on dinner, which is served in the restaurant that boasts three AA Rosettes for its à la carte menu.
