The emphasis in the spa at Fredrick’s is on peace of mind – providing a space that is separate from your every day life to simply read a good book or spend time in the facilities which include an exercise suite, indoor/outdoor hydrotherapy pool, Jacuzzi beds, experience showers, a sanctuary lounge, a steam room and a sauna.
Using skincare specialist, Comfort Zone products, alongside Aromatherapy Associates, the spa also offers a range of treatments including facials, wraps, massages, manicures, pedicures and finishing touches. Enhancing the menu however is a rasul mud skincare suite, used in a number of signature treatments.
Please note: Fredrick's operate an adults only spa, for over 16s only
Sitting on the edge of the Thames, Maidenhead is only a short distance from Windsor and shares in its easy accessibility from London and nearby historic sites that characterise the area. So it is fitting then, that the five-star hotel that is Fredericks should retain a level of traditional charm via its rich fabrics and detailed furnishings.
Having been awarded three AA Rosettes, the restaurant serves a menu that for all its elaborate dishes, capitalises on very British ingredients sourced from the surrounding area. There is also an alfresco area serving light lunches and drinks.
