Spa & Leisure

Providing a little respite from the buzz of the metropolis, the Harmony & Serenity spa offers a city oasis to travellers with facilities including a gym and a thermal suite comprising a rock sauna, infra-red sauna, aroma steam room, ice fountain, ice room, sensation shower, and drench shower as well as heated loungers. The spa also offers a range of treatments using the much loved Elemis product line and ranging from facials and massages to body wraps, pre-natal treatments, hot stone massages, Jessica manicures and pedicures and finishing touches.

Hotel & Accommodation

Located in the city centre and thus close to the wealth of diverse culture and entertainment that Manchester has to offer, Macdonald Manchester Hotel is an ultra contemporary glass building and the largest four star venue in the area. Bedrooms are spacious and interiors continue to showcase modern design, with many rooms boasting sweeping urban views, and all featuring hair straighteners and IPod docking stations.

The main restaurant in the hotel is The Scottish Steak Club, and as the name suggests it serves prime steaks from Scottish suppliers prepared on a Josper charcoal grill. The restaurant is brought to life by the live theatre that is the kitchen and as a result has been awarded an AA Rosette. There is also a lounge bar for lighter meals and drinks throughout the day.
