Rena Spa at The Midland is an adult-only urban sanctuary, although the pool allows children at very limited times. A carefully-designed subterranean haven, its sultry lighting creates an instant sense of calm, whether you want to take your time with a workout in the two-storey gym, take a dip in the pool, or journey through the thermal suite.
Prepare mind and body in the sauna with its unique Himalayan salt block wall, the experience showers; balance heat, light and water in the Caribbean Storm and Arctic Rain shower experiences; breathe easier in the salt-infused aromatherapy steam room; ease shoulder and neck tension under the swan neck fountain; and lounge in the relaxation room in tented hanging pods. There are also separate booths in the relaxation area that can be closed off - they are great for providing privacy for small groups of friends.
There are eight treatment rooms at Rena Spa at The Midland, two of which are dual suites that are ideal for couples, and a mud rasul. Using a combination of Germaine de Capuccini and Baobab skincare products, they offer a collection of holistic therapies and results-driven treatment, as well as bespoke rituals for top-to-toe wellness.
