A lovely day retreat aimed at improving your wellbeing and fitness, the 17 acres of parkland are perfect for outdoor training, as is the gym with its extensive workout equipment. In the spa, there is a range of wet facilities, including a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool and an ice room as well as a sauna and heated loungers. You can choose from a wide selection of spa treatments to enjoy – all luxurious and all designed to leave you feeling relaxed and glowing.
