Pan Pacific London is a five-star hotel in one of the most convenient parts of London. It has 237 guest rooms and suites, including 42 suites, and the Pacific Suite on the 19th floor. It's part of a larger 43-story tower that also includes 160 apartments known as 'Sky Residences'. Hotel rooms:

  • The hotel has 11 accessible toilets available throughout hotel
  • 24 rooms are designed to be spatially accessible to wheelchair users. 12 of these are wheelchair accessible and fully fitted out with two fitted with tracking hoists in the bedroom and bathrooms.
  • A further 12 rooms offer easy adaption upon request or guest booking demand.
  • Guest bedrooms accord with the provisions of AD M 4.24 including routes to the room, circulation within the room, storage facilities, sanitary accommodation and emergency assistance alarms.
  • The Pacific Ballroom is located at Level B3 with a pre-function space and cloakroom. A VIP room with a unisex accessible WC is available. Further sanitary facilities incorporating a unisex accessible WC and separate-sex provision.
  • There are four meeting rooms in Market Square located on Level 3 and a further 5 meeting rooms in Market Place on Level 5 which are accessed via the passenger lifts. The meeting rooms are generally large enough to allow unimpeded circulation and access. A mixture of seating is provided, including some chairs with armrests, and desk supports allow unimpeded access for wheelchair users. Sanitary accommodation, incorporating separate-sex facilities and a unisex accessible WC, with provision conforming to AD M and BS 8300. Suitable assistive listening systems will be provided to support hearing aid users using the meeting rooms.

Level 4 houses the SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing facilities – two treatment rooms, gym and associated changing facilities with a swimming pool and an adjacent pool lounge area located between Level 03 and 04.

  • In order to incorporate the swimming pool within the floor levels, there is a 1980mm change of level which is addressed by stairs and an adjacent platform lift. The stairs and platform lift between the levels conform to AD K, AD M and BS 8300. A pool hoist (Digi Project model F145) is provided with anchor points adjacent to the pool in two locations.
  • Changing facilities include separate-sex provision each with a sauna, steam room and baby change facilities and a separate unisex accessible shower room with WC. The sauna and steam room are large enough for a wheelchair user to access them and are fitted with emergency alarms.
  • There are further separate-sex WC facilities available, with two additional unisex accessible WCs offering a choice of right-hand and left-hand transfer.
  • The gym is equipped with resistance machines, free weights, accessories and a D-Wall.

Changing Places (CP):

  • Toilet is provided at Level B1, alongside the other public toilets serving the hotel reception and Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge.
  • The CP toilet includes peninsular WC for assisted use, a ceiling track hoist, height adjustable changing bench and a basin to meet the needs of disabled people with profound and multiple impairments, as well as other serious impairments such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis or an acquired brain injury.

Straits Restaurant & Bar:

  • A mixture of seating is provided in the dining areas, including chairs with armrests and back support.
  • Table supports allow unimpeded access for wheelchair users and wheelchair access is available to self service counters.
  • An accessible WC and separate-sex WC facilities are provided for guest use on Level 2 where Straits Kitchen is allocated.
