Vogue once described The Grove as: “almost too close to home to be safe from temptation mid-week” - we can't argue with that. Wellbeing and leisure are built into the experience thanks to its setting in 300 acres of Hertfordshire countryside complete with gardens brimming with art installations and sculptures.
Sequoia Spa is central to the retreat's feel good factor - a subterranean haven, it's in a separate building to the hotel, making it perfect for a day spa as well as an overnight break. Facilities include an ozone-filtered, black mosaic-tiled pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and a women's only heaven shower and wellness pool.
Those who have treatments have access to the hotel's Tranquillity room. Therapists offer a collection of spa treatments using luxury, sustainable body and skincare brand, Bamford as well as the exclusive Natura Bissé products, rich in active ingredients and designed to leave you feeling completely refreshed and renewed.
Completing the experience is the spa's own restaurant, the Sequoia Kitchen, where you can have drinks throughout the day or enjoy nourishing and restorative dishes as part of your wellness experience.
Immerse yourself in the luxury products that shape our 5-star stays. Whether you’re treating yourself or a loved one, shop our collection of well-loved brands. From Bamford spa products to Tielle blankets - have your own piece of The Grove at home.
