- Really lovely experience at Arcadia,treatments were wonderful,massage chairs were fabulous. Just a pity they didn’t have a swimming pool.

- Hotel looks rundown from outside but is nice inside. Beds too hard for me. Location is a bit wierd on top of the hills you feel a bit middle of nowhere but the staff were great and I had a nice day off from the kids. Probably woudlnt choose it again for a spa break i prefer more attractive surroundings the spa garden was like a building site but the food was amazing to top marks there
- The staff we wonderful. Nothing was too much bother. The room was spacious, light and airy with a lovely large en-suite bathroom. The food was cooked to order so was fresh and very tasty as well as being beautifully presented.
- Reception staff excellent. Restaurant was poorly managed which led to almost comical mistakes. And due to bill mistakes meant we left the hotel feeling very upset and unhappy. Shame...
- Very lovely hotel. Clean and large room. Nice modern bathroom with a very deep bath! My only gripe is that the bed was very firm and led to a broken night sleep. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but I was not comfortable.
