Just through Newby Bridge there is a stretch of dual carriageway which ends with a sharp bend to the left. A few hundred yards along the straight that follows, the Whitewater Hotel and Lakeland Village is the turning on the right. There is parking available for guests, which includes accessible parking.

By train you can get from London Euston to the Lake District in two hours and 34 minutes.
